Working groups in action

Within our organization, many projects and initiatives are ongoing that contribute to improvement, innovation, wellbeing, and digitalization. To keep everyone informed and involved in these developments, we organize information sessions around the four working groups: Engage, Grow, Improve, and Digital.

These sessions are the ideal opportunity to gain more insight into:

  • the projects currently in progress;
  • the topics the different working groups are focusing on;
  • the goals we aim to achieve together;
  • and how employees themselves can contribute.

Why work with working groups?

Working groups bring together colleagues from different departments around a specific theme or project. By combining knowledge and experience, new ideas can grow faster and improvements can be translated more effectively into daily practice.

Thanks to this collaboration:

  • challenges are identified more quickly;
  • employees are given a voice;
  • projects are better aligned with daily operations;
  • and innovations are broadly supported throughout the organization.

Looking back on the information session

During the information session, the different working groups looked back on what had been achieved over the past period. Ongoing projects, visible improvements on the work floor, and key insights were also presented.

This gave everyone a clear overview of:

  • the actions and initiatives that were launched;
  • the results achieved so far;
  • the challenges encountered along the way;
  • and the next steps planned for the future.

The information session once again showed the strong engagement, collaboration, and enthusiasm present within our organization. Thanks to the commitment of colleagues from different departments, we continue to build an efficient, sustainable, and future-oriented organization together.

A big thank you to all speakers for your enthusiastic presentations and contributions during the information session!
