200 days without a workplace accident
We were proud to reach 200 days without a workplace accident on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. A major milestone for Gadus and proof that focusing on safety and reporting unsafe situations truly works. On to the next milestone!
New Year reception
As per tradition, our New Year reception took place in January. It was a moment to reflect on the past year and look ahead, ensuring everyone is aligned in the same direction. At the same time, it was the perfect opportunity to catch up and strengthen team spirit.
End-of-year food trucks
The end of the year, traditionally the busiest period at Gadus, is the perfect moment to treat colleagues to a food truck as a thank you for their dedication.
Family Day
In September, we organized our very first Family Day. Family members got a unique behind-the-scenes look and met our colleagues. Children even had the chance to color their own fish and package it themselves using our machines. A successful day!
